The Role:

We’re on the hunt for even more Collections specialists to join our growing team. What you’ll be doing
Building genuine relationships with customers and understanding their current situation




Having confident but empathetic conversations about overdue accounts
Working with customers to set up sustainable arrangements and payment plans
Advising customers on available options and explaining obligations clearly
Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure the best outcomes
Maintaining accurate records and following regulated processes
Contributing to continuous improvement by sharing insights and feedback

What you’ll bring
Experience in financial services, banking, lending, insurance, or a similar regulated environment is preferred
Robust communication skills - both written and verbal
A calm, professional approach to tough conversations
A problem-solver’s mindset and a genuinely helpful attitude
Solid organisational skills and comfort working with systems and processes
