Experienced Baristas / Supervisors – MOB Camberwell

MOB Camberwell is looking for experienced Baristas and Supervisors to join our team!

We’re seeking passionate hospitality professionals who love great coffee, enjoy working with people, and take pride in delivering an exceptional café experience.

About the role:
Prepare high-quality coffee and beverages
Deliver friendly and effective customer service
Work confidently in a busy, fast-paced café workplace
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
Assist with opening and closing procedures
Support the team during busy service periods
Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace procedures
Assist with stock management and daily café operations
For Supervisors, lead the team and oversee service when required




Help maintain consistent quality and service standards

About you:
Previous café/barista experience is essential
Strong coffee-making skills and knowledge
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure
Reliable, energetic and team-oriented
Robust attention to detail
Flexible availability, including weekends
Previous supervisory experience is highly regarded
