Experienced Baristas / Supervisors – Pantry Glen Iris

Pantry Glen Iris is looking for experienced Baristas and Supervisors to join our team.

We’re looking for passionate hospitality professionals who take pride in excellent coffee, excellent customer service and creating a welcoming café experience.

About the role:
Prepare high-quality coffee and beverages
Provide friendly and professional customer service
Work efficiently during busy service periods
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and venue presentation
Assist with opening and closing procedures
Support the team to deliver smooth and productive service
Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace procedures
Assist with stock control and daily café operations
For Supervisors, lead and support the team during service




Help maintain consistent coffee, food and service standards

About you:
Previous café/barista experience is essential
Strong coffee-making skills and knowledge
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work well in a quick-paced environment
Reliable, energetic and team-focused
Robust attention to detail
Flexible availability, including weekends
Previous supervisory experience is highly regarded
