About the role

We are seeking an experienced Barista FOH customer service operative to join our team at Green Eats Café in BP Roadhouse, Walpole. This is a permanent full-time role to lead FOH operations and support the overall running of the store and cafe. We are looking for a Barista with proven experience working in a busy cafe/roadhouse setting.

Key responsibilities
Work efficiently and calmly in a busy café/roadhouse environment
Assist the Store Manager with daily operations and support the kitchen team to ensure smooth running of all areas of the business
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
Deliver excellent service and build robust relationships with regular customers
Support a reliable, punctual team culture

About you
2+ years barista experience in hospitality preferred
Robust barista skills including coffee preparation, milk texturing, consistency, and workflow




Self discipline with strong customer service skills
Calm under pressure, able to juggle multiple tasks
Flexibility, including early mornings and weekend availability - must be punctual and reliable !
