The Co Group is hiring a Female Support Worker for an NDIS Participant in Glenfield to assist with walking their dog and transporting the client.

Services Required:
Monday- Friday 1pm to 5pm
Saturday 9:30am to 12:30pm
Sunday 9:30am to 12:30pm

Requirements:
Must like dogs
Have a reliable car and GPS while driving access
Excellent English verbal and written communication
Valid Australian Driver's Licence & access to a comprehensive-insured car
NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDISWC) for paid employment
Working with Children Check (WWCC) for paid employment
Current First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
Must be willing to provide all aspects of support: including anything from meal preparation to domestic assistance, community access and personal care

What you'll do:
Complete all tasks relevant to support work including anything from meal preparation to domestic assistance, community access and personal care
Empower participants to achieve their goals and live as independently as possible




Be a trusted and reliable point of contact for participants and their families
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation such as shift notes, progress notes, behaviour charts and incident reports.
