Barista Position Overview

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic Barista to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee and beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming café setting.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve espresso-based coffee, teas, and other beverages to a high standard.
Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment.
Take customer orders accurately and process payments.
Run our drinks and provide floor service when needed.
Provide friendly, productive, and qualified customer service.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across the café and work areas.

Skills & Experience




Previous barista or café experience of at least 2 years is prefered.
Knowledge of espresso preparation, milk steaming, and coffee-making techniques.
Coffee art presentation would be an advantage.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Reliable, punctual, and well-presented.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Food safety knowledge or certification is an advantage.

Pay: $30.00 – $45.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 – 20.0 per week
