About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and energetic Café All-Rounder with solid customer service skills and barista support experience. Main duties include:
Greeting customers and taking orders
Barista support (milk prep, bean refills, grinder assistance, basic espresso tasks)
Preparing and serving beverages
Food running, clearing tables, maintaining a clean dining area
Operating POS and handling payments
Assisting with opening and closing routines
Creating a positive, welcoming atmosphere for guests

Requirements
Minimum 1 year café FOH or barista support experience
Robust communication & customer service skills




Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, positive and team-oriented
Basic understanding of coffee workflow (preferred)
Must have Australian work rights
