Alsto is a progressive company based in Byford that supplies the Laboratory and Mining Industry. We are having continuous growth year to year and now require an Administration Assistant. We are a local family-owned business that has family first ethics and supports employees in their growth inside of the company and out.

The position

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Support to company accountant - basic book-keeping knowledge required
Support to sales and purchasing when required, entry of sales orders/purchase orders
Goods receipting
Filing/Scanning
Other adhoc duties as required

Essential to the Position
Has a positive attitude and enjoys helping others
Experience with Pronto highly desirable
Is organised and has strong attention to detail and will work as instructed.
Communicates clearly and confidently on the phone and via email as well as face to face




Has valuable to advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, PDF editing)
Works well in a team setting or autonomously when required.
Is reliable and takes pride in their work and is prepared to go to the next level.
Enjoys being organised and helping different people across the business, from customers to workshop staff.
Must have the rights to work in Australia.
