About the role

This is a agile, hands-on role where you'll always have something to do. It involves identifying what needs attention to keep the store running smoothly. It's ideal for someone who enjoys being on their feet, taking initiative, and contributing to a busy team environment.

Key responsibilities
Stocking shelves and ensuring products are well-presented and replenished
Greeting every Owl customer with a friendly smile and hello
Merchandising according to store guidelines and promotional plans
Conduct regular checks of fuel equipment and report any issues
Maintaining high retail standards across the store
Ensure fuel dispensing is safe and compliant with site procedures
Using initiative to identify tasks that need attention
Supporting a busy team workplace with a proactive approach
Delivering excellent customer service through helpful and friendly interactions




Assisting with general store upkeep and cleanliness

About you
Prior retail experience and solid customer service skills are highly valued
Fuel and retail experience will be highly regarded
Relevant working rights
Reliable transport
Availability to work a range of shifts including daytime, evening, overnight and weekends
Enthusiasm and willingness to learn
