Position Description

Reporting directly into the Finance Manager, you will work in a close knit finance team and your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Matching invoices with purchase orders
High volume invoice processing
Ensuring timely payment of supplier invoices through the payment runs
Statement reconciliations
Resolve invoice discrepancies
Management of relationships with suppliers
Setting up new vendors and suppliers




Handling queries - both internally and externally
Ad hoc tasks as required

Candidate Profile The successful applicant will have proven experience in a similar end to end Accounts Payable position as well as the following attributes:
Energetic and positive can do attitude, with a keen eye for detail
Well developed verbal & written communication skills
Prior experience in a fast paced, high volume setting
Excellent time management & organisational skills
Keen desire to roll up your sleeves and hit the ground running
Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally
