About the Role

We are seeking a fulltime Accounts Assistant to join our team at Polycell International Pty Ltd in Kingston, Queensland. You will handle a variety of accounting and administrative duties to support our growing business.

What You’ll Be Doing
Processing accounts payable and receivable transactions in a high-volume environment
Reconciling bank statements and general ledger accounts
Preparing invoices and statements for customers
Assisting with financial report preparation and analysis
Providing administrative support to the finance team
Maintaining accurate records and filing systems

What We’re Looking For




Minimum 1 year experience in an accounts assistant or accounts payable/receivable role in a high-volume environment
Strong numerical and analytical skills with solid attention to detail
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Qualifications in accounting or business administration are an advantage
Due to our business relationships with Asian countries such as Taiwan, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore and China, the ability to converse in one of these dialects will be advantageous.
