/n Minimum Requirement/n

/n Leadership Experience: 5+ years of retail management experience leading a team of 5+, with a proven track record of success in a store management role, ideally in jewellery. /n
/n Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and a strategic mindset. /n
/n Sales Driven: Proven ability to drive sales and exceed targets in a luxury jewellery setting, with a deep understanding of client needs, and a passion for delivering exceptional service. /n
/n Client-Centric Approach: Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a commitment to creating memorable, personalised experiences for clients. /n
/n Presentation and Professionalism: Impeccable grooming and presentation to uphold the brand’s luxury standards. /n
/n Languages: Fluent in English (written and spoken) /n
/n Availability: Adaptable to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays. /n
/n Cultural Fit: Motivated by building highly effective teams and passionate about fine jewellery /n /n
