Our surf club is on the lookout for a Casual Chef to join our friendly, rapid‑paced kitchen team.

As a Casual Chef, you’ll be responsible for:
Preparing and cooking high‑quality meals across lunch and dinner services
Maintaining a clean, safe and organised kitchen
Supporting menu preparation and specials
Working as part of a fun, supportive team to deliver an exceptional dining experience for members and guests
Ensuring consistent food quality during busy periods (especially weekends and events)

What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in a busy venue
Strong work ethic and the ability to stay calm under pressure
A passion for fresh, tasty food and outstanding presentation
Availability to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings (penalty rates apply)
A positive attitude and team-first mindset
