Cleanstate Commercial Cleaning is looking for an Appointment Setter to join our team.
This position is full time however can be tailored to suit the right candidate with a adaptable working arrangement.
The successful applicant must have:
Telemarketing based experience or a sales background from another industry
Excellent and confident telephone manner
Positive written and verbal communication skills
Time management and multi-tasking skills are required
Computer literacy and experience in a CRM database will be highly regarded
Thrive in a dynamic work workplace
Active listening skills, be adept at influencing and persuading and will be motivated by working to weekly KPI's
Cold calling sales experience is a plus
