BMS Engineer Up to $130K + Super | Sydney & Newcastle A growing building automation company is looking for an experienced BMS Engineer to join their team and work across a robust pipeline of commercial building projects throughout Sydney and Newcastle .

This is a hands-on opportunity for someone with solid experience across BMS, HVAC controls, commissioning and building automation , with Niagara experience essential .

The Role You’ll work across the BMS project lifecycle, from installation and configuration through to commissioning, troubleshooting and ongoing support.

You’ll Be Involved In
BMS installation, commissioning and troubleshooting
Programming and configuration of BMS systems
HVAC controls and building automation
System testing, fault finding and optimisation
Working with BMS controllers, sensors and field devices
Integrating BMS with HVAC and other building services
Reading electrical, mechanical and control drawings
Working closely with clients, contractors and project teams
Supporting project delivery and ensuring systems are operating correctly

What We're Looking For




Hands-on Niagara / Niagara 4 experience – essential
Experience in BMS, controls or building automation
Robust understanding of HVAC systems and controls
BMS commissioning and fault-finding experience
Experience with BMS controllers, sensors and field devices
Ability to read electrical and control drawings
Robust communication and problem-solving skills
A hands-on approach and willingness to work across Sydney and Newcastle

Experience with Honeywell, Schneider, Siemens, Distech, BACnet or Modbus would be highly regarded.
