Network Recruitment & Operations Coordinator - Automotive

Carinspect is one of Australia's leading pre-purchase vehicle inspection businesses.
As we continue to grow nationally, we're looking for aNetwork Recruitment & Operations Coordinatorto take ownership of the recruitment and onboarding of our national network of mechanics and vehicle inspectors.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys recruitment, building relationships, staying organised and making things happen.
The Role
A major focus of this position will beend-to-end recruitment of our vehicle inspectors.
You'll be responsible for identifying where we need additional inspectors, finding suitable candidates, contacting and screening them, following them through the recruitment process and ultimately getting them fully onboarded and ready to conduct inspections.
You'll also support the ongoing operations, training and safety of our national inspector network.
Key Responsibilities
Inspector Recruitment & Network Growth
Take ownership of thefull end-to-end inspector recruitment process, from sourcing candidates through to onboarding.
Identify geographic areas where Carinspect requires additional inspector coverage.
Proactively source mechanics and inspectors through job sites, databases, industry networks and other channels.
Reach out to potential candidates, introduce them to Carinspect and manage initial conversations.
Screen and assess candidates against Carinspect's requirements.
Manage candidate follow-ups and keep the recruitment pipeline moving.
Coordinate interviews, checks, documentation and approvals.
Convert successful candidates into fully onboarded Carinspect inspectors.
Maintain a strong pipeline of potential inspectors to support future network growth.
Training & Onboarding




Coordinate onboarding and training for new inspectors.
Ensure inspectors understand Carinspect's processes, standards and customer expectations.
Coordinate the distribution of Carinspect apparel, tools and equipment.
Maintain accurate onboarding and compliance records.
Operations & OHS
Provide operational support to our existing Operations Coordinator.
Assist with inspector availability, capacity and geographic coverage.
Help resolve operational issues quickly and efficiently.
Assist with OHS processes, documentation, training and incident management.
Identify opportunities to improve the way our national network operates.
About You
We're looking for someone who ishighly organised, proactive, persistent and comfortable taking ownership of a recruitment process from start to finish.
You'll ideally have:
Experience in recruitment, operations, workforce management, automotive or a similar environment.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Confidence speaking with and recruiting mechanics or tradespeople.
Excellent follow-up and organisational skills.
The ability to manage multiple candidates and priorities simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
A proactive approach - you'll be expected to find candidates rather than simply wait for applications.
You don't need to be a mechanic.What's most important is your ability to identify good people, build relationships, follow through and get results.
