Job Description
Unisys is seeking a Field Engineer to install, diagnose, maintain and service desktop and end-user equipment at client sites.
You will provide remote and on-site Level 2 and Level 3 support for incidents and service requests that cannot be resolved by the Service Desk.
The role involves working with service partners and occasionally on-location deployments.
You should be comfortable with rotating shifts, time management and a solid focus on customer service and communication.
