/n The Role:/n

/n Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for: /n
/n
/n
/n
/n
/n /n
Conducting clinical and site audits /n
Undertaking Resident assessments and assisting in the development of care plans. /n
Providing expert, best practice advice on clinical issues and areas of risk within the region. /n
Leading regional clinical governance meetings and initiatives. /n
Working collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team /n
Providing clinical support to Registered Nurses /n
Coordinating and promoting continuous improvement processes and systems to staff /n
Ensuring compliance to the Aged Care Legislation and Quality Standards /n
Acting in facility management positions when required. /n /n

Requirements/n
/n /n
Current nursing registration with AHPRA /n
At least 5 years’ experience in the aged care sector at RN level or higher. /n
At least 2 years’ experience as a CNC or similar /n
Experience in managing a facility in a FM or CM capacity (preferred) /n
Extensive hands-on clinical care experience in an aged care setting /n
Comprehensive knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards. /n
Superior communication skills both verbal and written are crucial for this role /n
High level reporting (written and verbal) and analytical skills /n
Advanced computer skills /n
Happy to travel across the Greater Sydney area to visit facilities. /n
Own car and current driver’s license is essential. /n /n
