We're looking for an experienced bar person to join the team at Cactus Jack's Gumdale. CJ's is a busy, energetic restaurant where we like to keep things relaxed while delivering skilled service.
Key responsibilities
Make excellent drinks and cocktails
Manage drink orders and bar setup
Complete closing duties
Maintain a friendly, calm approach under pressure
Communicate effectively with floor and kitchen teams
About you
Experience working behind a busy bar, including making cocktails
Confidence with drink orders, bar setup and closing duties
A friendly, calm approach under pressure
Robust communication with the floor and kitchen teams
Current Queensland RSA
Availability for evening and weekend shifts
