Partner with the Retail Manager to drive store success

Coach and support team members to achieve excellent results

Deliver exceptional customer service and lead by example

Support stock, inventory and promotional activities

Assist with cash handling, reporting and administration

Maintain high standards of presentation and compliance

Proven retail or pharmacy leadership experience

/n
Solid leadership, coaching and delegation skills

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Organised, reliable, and results-focused

Availability across Monday to Sunday trading hours

Ability to work opening,



closing, weekend and some public holiday shifts
