Role Description The Casual Sales and Marketing Officer will work on-site in Sydney, NSW in a casual position, supporting student recruitment and brand awareness activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research to identify prospective students and partner organisations, promoting courses through online and offline channels, and assisting with the development and execution of marketing campaigns.

The role involves managing creating social media content, responding to enquiries, and providing clear and professional communication to prospective and current students.



The Officer will also support sales activities by following up leads, coordinating information sessions, and collaborating with trainers and administrative staff to ensure a positive experience for all stakeholders.

Qualifications
Strong skills in RTO Marketing and Sales, with the ability to promote courses and convert enquiries into enrolments.
Experience in Market Research to identify trends, target audiences, and prospects for growth.
Effective Communication skills, including confident verbal and written communication with diverse stakeholders.
Practical knowledge of Social Media Marketing to create, schedule, and monitor content across relevant platforms.
Prior experience in education, training, or a related service industry is advantageous.
Competent and compliant with RTO Standards 2025; especially in the marketing of courses.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks.
Proficiency with standard office software and digital marketing tools or CRMs.
Relevant qualification in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent experience.
