Bakery Prep Hand — Goodwood Bakeshop in Marrickville

Goodwood Bakeshop is looking for a reliable prep hand to join our production team. This is a hands-on role supporting our bakers with the everyday tasks that keep the bakery running smoothly — perfect for someone who takes pride in doing things properly and wants to build a future in baking.

What you'll be doing
Making sweet and savoury fillings
Mixing cookies and fillings
Cutting and slicing
Packing, labelling and general stock rotation
Cleaning and maintaining an organised, food-protected workspace
Supporting the bakers with whatever the day's production needs

What we're looking for
A solid, reliable work ethic and willingness to get stuck in
Comfortable with early starts and on your feet for a shift




Happy to follow instructions and processes consistently
Not afraid to ask questions
A genuine interest in baking and food production; previous kitchen, hospitality or bakery experience
Must be available Wednesday-Saturday
