Job Description:
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Spray Operator to join their progressive cropping and contracting business 2 hours from Perth, WA.
This is not an entry-level spraying position. The successful candidate will take responsibility for broadacre contract spraying operations while working directly with customers and becoming a key member of a small, high-performing team.

About the Role:
Broadacre contract spraying;
Working directly with contracting customers;
Seasonal truck driving;
Machinery operation;
General farm duties;
Machinery maintenance and servicing.

The business operates a large cropping program alongside a contracting enterprise and runs up-to-date equipment throughout the operation.

About You:
Extensive self-propelled sprayer experience;
Strong agricultural chemical handling experience;
Good mechanical skills;
High attention to detail;




Excellent communication skills;
Ability to work independently;
Solid work ethic;
Honesty, integrity and common sense;
Preferred:
Chem Cert or equivalent
MC licence or willingness to obtain
Previous broadacre cropping experience
