At Doughkyo, we're passionate about creating authentic, handcrafted baked goods that bring joy to our customers every day. Specialising in Japanese bread, French viennoiserie and artisan pastries, we use locally sourced, sustainable ingredients to celebrate the art of traditional baking.

With multiple bakery locations and continued growth, we're looking for experienced and passionate Bakers / Pastry Chefs to join our production team across our Cabramatta and World Square stores.

About the Role

This is a full time position working on a rotating 7-day roster (5 days on, 2 days off). Full availability is required, including weekends, with a variety of shift times as part of the roster.

As a Baker / Pastry Chef, you'll play an important role in producing high-quality breads and pastries while working in a fast-paced, supportive production environment. You'll be confident working independently when required, while also enjoying being part of a cooperative team dedicated to excellence.

What We're Looking For
Minimum 1–2 years of professional baking experience
Passion for artisan baking and pastry production
Experience with Japanese bread, sourdough,



or French viennoiserie is highly regarded
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced production environment
Reliable, organised, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
A positive attitude and eagerness to continue learning from experienced bakers
