Sales Representative – Solar Energy
Full-time | Blacktown NSW

We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our growing solar energy team. This is a great opportunity to build a career in a fast-growing industry while helping Australian homes and businesses move towards cleaner, more sustainable energy solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Generating and managing leads through inbound enquiries, outbound calls, and referrals
Speaking with customers and business owners to understand their needs and recommending suitable solar solutions
Commercial sales
Preparing and presenting tailored proposals
Managing the sales process from initial enquiry through to close
Following up leads and maintaining strong customer relationships
Keeping accurate records within the CRM system
Working towards individual and team sales targets
Work is 5 days a week from our office in Blacktown.

About You:




Previous sales experience preferred, ideally in solar, energy, or home improvement industries (training can be provided for the right person)
Solid phone communication and people skills
Motivated, reliable, and results-driven
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Valuable organisational and time management skills
A positive attitude and genuine interest in renewable energy
