The role

We are currently looking for motivated and passionate Assistant in Nursing (AIN) Cert III and or IV to join our supportive and friendly team at our Blacktown Facility located in the Western Sydney on a Casualbasis.

Shifts hours are available from MON-SUN. We are particularly seeking reliable candidates with the availability and flexibility to work weekdays as required for our available shifts The Role

As an AIN Cert III and or IV, you will provide individualised residents care and support that enhances our resident's wellbeing. Ensuring delivery of the highest quality of care, while maintaining an optimal level of dignity, respect, comfort, and quality of life for Residents
Assist in the delivery of the following direct care activities as allocated by Registered Nurse:
Residents individual personal care
Repositioning, pressure area and skin care
Assistance with toileting
Taking and documenting of patient vital observations
Change and make up occupied and unoccupied beds
Report all Residents observation to the appropriate Registered Nurse
Ensure at all times that the safety of the patient, self, other staff and others is not compromised.




A demonstrated commitment to observing infection control procedures in all areas of practice.
Promote and maintain a clean, comfortable and protected setting for residents, staff and visitors

About You
Excellent interpersonal communication skills (literacy skills - reading, writing and comprehension)
Experience in working with people of culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds
Understanding of teamwork and knowledge of team member role
Robust computer skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Empathy and patience
NDIS Worker Screening Check (Essential for Aged Care and Disability Facilities)
Evidence of COVID-19 vaccination
Must be Permanent resident or Citizen
