We've partnered with a rapid-growing AWS Premier Tier Services Partner to find a commercially driven, relationship-led seller who thrives on creating opportunities — not waiting for them.

This is a hunter role for someone who genuinely understands the AWS partner ecosystem: co-sell, funding programs, joint account planning, and how to turn AWS relationships into real, closed revenue in the Australian mid-market.

What you'll be doing
Build and run a territory plan across Australian accounts and priority industries
Build strong working relationships with AWS sellers, AMs, solution architects and partner teams
Leverage AWS co-sell, prospect registration, MAP and funding mechanisms to accelerate deals
Develop joint account plans, spotting customers with migration, modernisation, data, security or AI priorities
Generate pipeline through AWS collaboration, direct outreach, referrals, campaigns and events
Own discovery and qualification — need, sponsorship, urgency, budget, process and technical fit
Champion services spanning AWS migration, modernisation, data, AI, security,



FinOps and managed services
Partner with architects and delivery leads on solution design, proposals and SOWs
Drive deals through to close — negotiation, forecasting and CRM hygiene included
Feed customer and AWS insights back into GTM strategy

What you'll bring:
Proven cloud, tech or consulting sales experience in the Australian mid-market
Existing relationships with AWS sellers, AMs, field or partner teams
Background at AWS, an AWS Premier Tier Services Partner, or a comparable cloud consultancy is a big plus.
Real understanding of AWS partner GTM — co-sell, opp registration, funding motions
A track record of personally generating pipeline and closing new business
Working knowledge of cloud migration, modernisation, data, AI and managed services
An entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset — comfortable in a quick-moving, less-structured environment
Sharp commercial judgement, strong follow-through and excellent customer communication
