This is a excellent opportunity for an Assistant Accountant who enjoys a hands-on role and is looking to further develop their skills across accounts receivable, billing, reconciliations and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, review and process high-volume billings and invoicing
Support AR activities including reconciliations, cash collection, and credit control
Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and account disputes
Daily and monthly reconciliations including bank,



general ledger, balance sheet, clearing and cash receipt accounts
Support month-end close activities including journals, variance analysis and monthly reporting
Process AP invoices and assist with payment runs
Provide responsive, high-quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:
Previous experience in AR, credit control, revenue management, accounting support or a similar finance role
Experience within aged care, healthcare or an NFP
Working towards or intending to commence CPA / CA
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational and time management skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills
Strong customer service focus and stakeholder management capabilities
Proficiency in Excel
Positive, professional and team-oriented approach
Flexible, adaptable and able to work collaboratively
