Geelong Local Gutter Cleaning – Geelong VIC
You'll be running day-to-day operations as a Customer Experience & Sales Coordinator for a growing gutter cleaning and exterior maintenance business.
You are the first voice customers hear, the person converting inquiries into booked jobs, and the link that keeps technicians and schedule running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
Follow up leads from our website and confidently convert them into booked jobs
Speak with customers by phone, email or through our lead management software, understand their needs, and recommend the right services
Manage bookings and job details in the scheduling system
Coordinate with technicians throughout the day to keep jobs on track
Follow up on completed jobs, including photos, notes and any outstanding items
Manage rescheduling around weather, keeping customers and technicians informed
Oversee the administrative side of the office so nothing falls through the cracks
About you




Proven sales/lead handling experience — comfortable following up warm leads and closing with confidence
Office management, administration or customer service experience
Professional, mature phone manner and strong written communication skills
Excellent organization and the ability to manage multiple priorities calmly
Highly detail-oriented, with the ability to keep accurate records and manage tasks effectively
The judgment to work independently, and the collaboration skills to work well as part of a team
Bonus
experience in trades, construction or property maintenance
