After reviewing "their journey" and putting in place a strategy to expand further over the next 12 months, the partnership have identified the need to attract an experienced Client Manager or Senior Accountant whom is driven by challenge and motivated by challenge and rewards.
Based in the inner suburbs of Newcastle, free parking is usually possible within a block or two of the office.
There is also a few decent coffee shops and an array of places to grab lunch close by.
About Your Recent Opportunity
As the new Client Manager or Senior Accountant, your brief is quite simple - Work closely with your clients, develop effective working relationships and demonstrate professionalism and empathy at all times.
It is clear that this role will continue to evolve over the course of the next few years as will further career opportunities.




Along with managing a broad client base of predominantly medium sized businesses, you will be required to review your local and international teams work ensuring that they produce a quality product that meets the high level of quality expected.
Once established in the role/firm it is envisaged that you will be required to assist the Partners by alleviating them of an array of tasks that will then allow them to "drive" more business development, networking and strategic initiatives.
This of course falls into the Advisory category where you will regularly be challenged to "think outside of the square" when it comes to innovative solutions and approaches.
What Do You Bring
Possessing a minimum of five years compliance, business services or tax experience within Australia, you will also be comfortable in a role that delivers plenty of variety.
Ideally you will possess:
CA or CPA qualifications or near completion
Competent technical skills
Highly developed communication and time management skills
Strong organisational skills
A passion for further career development
A highly attractive salary package plus many non-financial benefits will be negotiated with the successful applicant.
As a guide, a base salary in the range of $110,000 to $140,000 could be expected.
