Job Description
Northern Queensland Legacy is seeking a compassionate Community Services Officer to support veterans' families in Townsville.
The role emphasizes intake, needs assessments, case management and referrals within a team-oriented team.
You will engage with beneficiaries, provide advocacy, coordinate services, and maintain confidential records while travelling regionally as needed.
A relevant degree and experience are required.
