We are looking for a dynamic, hands-on Event Manager to join our Sydney team.
This role requires a minimum of3+ years' end-to-end event management experience, with a strong track record delivering both large and small-scale events including conferences, galas, roadshows, product launches, brand activations and international incentives; with exposure to large corporate brands and the management of delegates (including travel) highly desirable.
You'll need strong organisational skills, confidence managing multiple stakeholders, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing project scopes.

Key Requirements:
3+ years in an event management role




Proven experience managing complex event projects from concept to delivery
EventsAir experience is a strong advantage
Delegate management experience including travel management
Skilled in building budgets, run sheets and production schedules
Strong client communication and relationship management
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Familiarity with OH&S;, risk and compliance for events
Competent in SharePoint, Microsoft Office, and event registration platforms
Tertiary qualification in Events, Marketing or Communications
