Forklift Operators & Production Workers - Longwarry
Shutdown Support | Immediate start | $39+ per hour | 12-Hour Shifts
We're looking for reliable and hardworking Forklift Operators & Production Workers to join our team in Longwarry and assist with the operation and eventual shutdown of the site.
The plant is planned to cease operations in April ****, so this is a fantastic chance to secure seasonal, ongoing work through to the shutdown while being part of an important transition for the site.
If you're a hands-on worker who doesn't mind jumping on and off a forklift, getting stuck into production and working as part of a team, we'd love to hear from you!
The Details
Location:Longwarry
Start:Now - April ****
Pay:From $39+ per hour
Shifts:12-hour shifts
Day:6:00am – 6:00pm
Night:6:00pm – 6:00am
Roster:Rotating roster, including weekends
Assignment:Ongoing seasonal work through to the planned site shutdown in April ****
What You'll Be Doing
This is a hands-on role where no two hours are necessarily the same!
Your duties will include:
Operating forklifts safely and efficiently
Jumping on and off the forklift throughout the shift
Operating production line machinery
Packing and filling food products
Assisting with food production processes
General warehouse and production duties
Maintaining a safe,



clean and organised work environment
Working as part of a team to keep production running smoothly
What We're Looking For
We're looking for people who are reliable, safety-focused and aren't afraid to get stuck in!
You'll need:
Previous forklift experience
A willingness to perform both forklift and general production duties
Availability to work a rotating 7-day roster
Ability to commit to 12-hour shifts
Strong focus on safety and following procedures
Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency with full working rights
Steel-cap boots and hi-vis clothing (vest or hi-vis top)
