Merrell Australia, part of Accent Group Limited, seeks an energetic Assistant Store Manager for the recent Merrell Canberra DFO team.
You will work closely with the Store Manager to lead and motivate a casual team, driving a positive store culture and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities include managing rosters and wage spend, hitting sales targets, maintaining stock and visual merchandising, and championing team training and succession planning in a fast-paced retail
