About the role:

J&M; Asphalt is seeking a dedicated and skilled Asphalt Crew Members to join our team on a full time basis.

We are an established asphalt construction company based in Hazelmere, Western Australia. Our reputation is built on our commitment to excellence, reliability and cost-effective solutions.

What we're looking for:
Asphalt Paver operators
Screed hands
Roller + Multi operators
Bobcat operators
Rake + shovel hands
Multi skilled operators (Flocon trucks, Crew truck, Rigid truck & trailer combos)
Leading hands

The successful applicant should have:
Minimum 2 years experience in an Asphalt related role
Flexibility to work occasional weekends or night shifts




Permanent and unrestricted working rights within Australia
A valid White Card
Valid drivers license (HR highly regarded)
The ability to undertake physically demanding work
