Job Description
We are seeking a Dispatch Officer to join our team. This is a full time,



office-based permanent position that requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, and the ability to work autonomously within a fast-paced team workplace.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

scheduling the sub-contractors’ daily runs based on the most productive route.
Liaising between the client and the sub-contractor to ensure all deliveries are completed within the agreed timeframes.
Ensuring customers are kept informed of any variables or delays with their delivery.
Being highly proficient in all client delivery processes and requirements.
Being acutely aware of Work Health and Safety legislation and how it relates to our sub-contractors and service provision.
