Job Description

Department of Justice and Community Safety in Melbourne is seeking a Justice Officer – Offender Services to support prisoner welfare and program delivery at the Metropolitan Remand Centre. The role involves helping prisoners access support services, orientation programs and referrals before returning to the community.

You will provide practical welfare support, deliver group orientation and information sessions, and prepare case notes and recommendations about prisoner needs.
