About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and people-focused Learning Centre Manager / Course Coordinator to lead our centre.

2 positions available

Location: Western and Northern Suburbs

This is a energetic leadership role combining team management, parent engagement, and operational coordination. You will play a key role in ensuring the centre runs smoothly while delivering a high-quality learning experience for students and families.

Key Responsibilities

· Oversee day-to-day centre operations

· Manage, support, and supervise tutors

· Build strong relationships with parents and provide regular progress updates

· Coordinate class schedules, attendance, and student placements

· Maintain a structured, positive, and high-performing learning setting

· Ensure smooth communication between staff, students, and families

What We're Looking For





· Strong organisational and leadership skills

· Minimum of 3+ years management or leadership experience

· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

· A proactive, solutions-focused mindset

· Experience in education, tutoring, or customer-facing roles (preferred)

· Must hold current Working with Children Check and Police Check

Working Hours

This role will be onsite and includes afternoon/evening hours on weekdays and weekend availability, aligned with centre operations.
