We're looking for a skilled and reliable Car Window Tint Installer to join All Dark Tint, a mobile car window tinting business based in Melbourne.

Key responsibilities
Travel to customer locations across Melbourne to install

window tint on-site
Accurately measure, cut, and apply window tint film to a range

of vehicles (sedans, SUVs, utes)
Ensure clean, bubble-free, precise installation on flat and

curved glass, including front, rear, and rear windscreen film
Set up and pack down a mobile workstation efficiently at each job
Communicate professionally with customers on-site regarding

tint options, pricing, timeframes, and film types (ceramic tint, PPF application, etc.)
Handle and maintain equipment (plotters, heat guns, squeegees)

during transport and on-site use
Keep accurate records of jobs completed, locations visited,

and stock/film usage

even working outside a fixed workshop setting
Comfortable working in diverse conditions (driveways, car parks,

customer premises)

industry trends Must-haves:
Previous experience in automotive window tinting (or a strong,

demonstrable interest and willingness to be trained)
Valid driver's licence and reliable transport (essential for

travelling between jobs)
Steady hands and strong attention to detail
Basic understanding of different tint film types and

their applications
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
