Experienced Graduate or Senior Architectural Technician

5+ years of experience in a commercial architectural firm.
n
Proven expertise in project design and delivery.
n
Full-time, in-studio role based in Maroochydore-collaborating closely with our team daily.
n
A team-oriented mindset valuing collaboration.
n
Intermediate level ArchiCAD proficiency with strong technical competency is required.
n
Good knowledge of NCC and relevant building codes-critical for ensuring compliance and high-quality project outcomes.
n
Broad project scope, from North Queensland to New South Wales.
n
Experience across most sectors including housing, multi-residential, and commercial developments is required.
n
Either graduate of or technical qualification is acceptable for this position.
