The requirements | What it takes to do thiswork
The availability to work within the hours of 12:30pm- 8pmThursday - Sunday
High level of knowledge and experience working in arostering or scheduling role within a complex, quick paced andmultidisciplinary industry
Well-developed capacity to manage the competing demands ofa busy workplace, work to deadlines and maintain attention todetail
A sound working knowledge of Enterprise agreementinterpretation and fatigue management principles
Extensive knowledge of Rostering, Payroll process and TimeCapture systems including experience undertaking systemadministration functions to keep the Rostering system up todate
Demonstrate effective communication skills and the abilityto liaise with staff and managers to coordinate shifts
