About the role

We are seeking a commercially driven and customer focused Wholesale Accounts Manager to manage and grow our domestic wholesale business. A key focus will be increasing sales while identifying and securing a number of new accounts each year. You will combine strong sales instincts with exceptional client relationships. Alongside wholesale account management, you will oversee sales reporting, systems, invoicing, logistics and key operational processes.

Key responsibilities
Establish stockists as the key account manager, with responsibility for the communication, engagement, sales performance and ongoing development of each wholesale account
Travel to Queensland, NSW and Victoria
Maintain an in-depth understanding of our products and collections
Build strong, proactive relationships, identifying opportunities to increase sales through regular client visits, performance reviews, product recommendations, trade and trunk shows and other tailored sales initiatives
Develop and implement an annual sales plan
Monitor each stockist's performance and product mix
Manage stockist enquiries and prospect outreach
Process wholesale orders and provide stockists with monthly sales and updates of their existing orders
Maintain stockists Collections, Styles and display spreadsheet,



including each account's current samples, contact information and relevant account details
Report regularly on wholesale sales performance, prospects, risks, prospective accounts and progress

About you
Previous experience in jewellery, cosmetic, luxury sales, key account management or a similar role
Commercially ambitious and motivated by achieving sales targets and earning commission
Confidently pursue new business
Willing to travel interstate
Highly customer-focused, with a natural ability to build robust, long-term relationships
A polished and confident communicator
Organised, proactive and accountable, with strong attention to detail and follow-through
Comfortable analysing sales performance, forecasting and reporting against targets
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, CRM systems and database management
A practical problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced small business environment
