Steelpoint Engineering is seeking experienced Boilermakers/Welders to support upcoming Water Corporation projects across WA. The work will primarily involve MSCL pipe welding, including pipe-to-pipe fillet welds and full-penetration butt welds using FCAW / gasless NR-211 2.0mm wire.
Key responsibilities
Complete MSCL pipe welding work
Perform pipe-to-pipe fillet welds
Perform full-penetration butt welds using FCAW / gasless NR-211 2.0mm wire
Complete 6G pipe welding test prior to mobilisation
About you
Relevant Boilermaker/Welder experience
Confident completing a 6G pipe welding test prior to mobilisation
Ideally hold Working at Heights ticket
Ideally hold Confined Space ticket
Ideally hold Gas Test Atmospheres ticket
Willing to complete medical and drug & alcohol screening
Perks

Super on all hours
Generally 2 weeks on / 1 week off
DIDO from Perth
Paid travel time to and from site
