Rocktown is seeking experienced Welders for immediate start.
Must have a minimum three years verifiable experience in the trade, performing the following duties -
use of manual or semi automatic welding processes to construct and repair
interpreting technical drawings to determine job requirements and materials to be used
selecting and setting up machinery according to job specifications
checking for defects
repairing worn parts
cleaning and degreasing metals
cutting, trimming and scarfing metal
removal of excess weld, slag or spatter
identifying metal type and thickness
designing and creating templates
working in a secure and clean workplace workplace
This is a full time permanent position with a starting salary of $80,000 plus superannuation. Job Types: Permanent, Full time
Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
