Dubbo Pet & Stockfeeds is looking for an experienced and commercially focused Retail Store Manager to lead our retail operation and help drive the continued growth of our retail and wholesale business.

Established in 1995, Dubbo Pet & Stockfeeds is a locally owned business supplying an extensive and growing range of stockfeed, pet products, equine products, animal health, hay and rural supplies. We also manufacture our own range of stockfeeds onsite.

We are continuing to grow our business, expand our product ranges and develop our retail and wholesale customer base, and we are looking for someone who wants to play an important part in that growth.

This is more than a traditional store management role.





You will lead our retail team while also taking responsibility for developing sales, managing relationships with our existing wholesale customers and identifying opportunities to bring current wholesale customers into the business.

For someone who has developed solid skills and received skilled training within a larger pet, equine, rural or specialty retailer, this is an opportunity to use that experience in a role offering greater autonomy, broader commercial responsibility and genuine influence over the growth of the business.
