We are seeking a reliable and motivated Assembly Line Team Member to support the day-to-day operations of our production floor and assist in delivering high-quality lighting products.

Lighting or electrical assembly experience is highly regarded but not essential. More importantly, we are looking for someone with a positive, can-do attitude, strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

This position will commence on a full time permanent basis, with the opportunity to progress into permanent full-time employment for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
Complete extrusion, fabrication, wiring and final lighting product assembly.
Support daily production schedules and priorities to ensure targets, sales orders and project deadlines are met.
Assemble and check products against bills of materials (BOMs), drawings and work instructions.
Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy and workmanship.
Use materials, inventory and offcuts efficiently to minimise waste and production delays.
Identify production issues, bottlenecks or opportunities for improvement and report them to the Production Manager.
Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.




Work closely with the Warehouse and Logistics teams to support the efficient movement of materials and finished products.
Maintain a clean, organised and safe production area.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, production or a similar hands-on environment.
Lighting, electrical wiring or fabrication experience, although this is not essential.
The ability to read and follow drawings, product specifications and work instructions.
Solid attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
The ability to manage priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
A reliable, proactive and safety-focused approach.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the business.
