The Role

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated CNC Okuma Programmer Operator to join our growing team. If you take pride in precision machining, enjoy working with advanced technology, and want a long-term career with an innovative Australian manufacturer, we’d love to hear from you.

What we offer:
Work on a diverse range of exciting projects and products for the seed and grain industry
Program, set up and operate and perform machining operations.




Write, test, and optimise programs by interpreting mechanical drawings, often using geometric dimensioning and tolerancing.
Thorough understanding of Okuma Interactive Graphics Function (IGF), G-code programming and machining techniques.
Long-term job security with a strong pipeline of work and contracts secured through to 2028

In addition to the above, you must be able to
