Responsibilities:
Provide personal care and support to individuals with disabilities, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
Assist clients in daily living activities, including meal preparation, personal hygiene, and mobility.
Develop and implement individualised support plans in collaboration with clients and their families.
Encourage and support clients in achieving their personal goals and enhancing their independence.
Maintain accurate records of client progress and report any changes in behaviour or condition.




Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications:
Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification in disability support.
Previous experience in a similar role, particularly with individuals with autism.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and their families.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compassionate and patient approach to care.
Current First Aid and CPR certification.
Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel as required.
