Summary:

We are seeking a reliable, compassionate, and patient Female Support Worker to support a participant living in Dural who is looking to build a positive, trusting, and consistent relationship with their support worker.

Location: Dural

Shifts Available:
Wednesday: 8:00am – 5:30pm
Friday: 8:00am – 5:30pm

Preferred Support Worker:
Female
Non-smoker
Explicit English speaking
No visible tattoos

Support Requirements:
In-home support and domestic assistance
Personal care
Community access and transport
Support tailored to the participant’s needs, including assistance related to legal blindness and spinal issues

Significant Requirements:
Must be a non-smoker
Explicit English communications skills
No visible tattoos




Must have a suitable vehicle (sedan, hatchback, or appropriate van). SUVs and other high vehicles are not suitable due to accessibility requirements when getting in and out of the vehicle.
Reliability and consistency are essential, as the participant has experienced cancellations and unreliable support in the past

The participant is seeking a Support Worker who can build trust and establish a positive, long-term working relationship through consistent and dependable support.
