About the Role

We're seeking multiple experienced Warehouse Operators with current forklift licence (high reach preferred) to join our team in Carole Park & Beenleigh. This is a hands-on roles are critical to the smooth operation of our warehouses, ensuring that goods are handled safely, accurately, and efficiently. Casual roles with ongoing full time hours available, with a view to permanent contract after satisfactory probation.

Key Responsibilities
Safely operate reach forklifts to move, load, and unload freight
Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders
Receive and process inbound shipments
Maintain a clean, secure, and organised warehouse environment
Assist with stock control and inventory management
Adhere to all workplace health and safety procedures

Skills & Experience
Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a warehouse,



transport, or logistics environment
Current valid LF or LO forklift licence with reach forklift experience essential
Experience with loading linehauls highly regarded
RF Scanning knowledge required
Carton Cloud or similar system experience required
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Physically fit and able to lift up to 20kg
Safety-conscious, proactive, and reliable attitude
Australian work rights required - please no temporary visa applicants
National Police Check required
